Masked Grief (2023)

Designed as a three part series, this piece revealed my suppressed grief. I spent so much time helping others heal through their own pain that I forgot I had any of my own. The sharp splatters represent my hurt while the subtleties represent a calm release and an acknowledgement of my grief.
